Why can I only enter three university modules?
You can enter as many modules as you like for each year of your degree. Once you have filled in the first three modules, click on ‘Add result’. Each time you click on this, you will be able to add another module.
I completed my sixth-form/post-16 education in a different country – how do I enter this information?
When you have selected the country which you studied in, you will be asked which type of sixth-form/post-16 education institution you attended. Select ‘Other’ for this question, and type the name of your school. You will then need to list the subjects you studied and the grades – these will all be free text boxes, so you can enter the correct names and grades you achieved.
I completed a year abroad as part of my degree – how do I add that I studied at a different university?
You can list all this information as a module name.
For example, if the year was marked on a pass/fail basis, you can enter the following in the module name box: 'Year abroad, name of university, pass or fail basis – pass (or fail!)' If you completed individual modules, you can enter the following in the module name: 'Year abroad, name of university, name of module' and then enter your grade percentage separately.
I completed a HND/Diploma/Access course – how do I enter this information?
When asked what type of sixth-form/post-16-education institution you completed your studies in, select 'Other.' You will then be able to add the name of the institution and your examination results.
I completed my KS5 exams at two different colleges/schools – how do I enter this information?
Select the college where you completed most of your KS5 exams first and complete the information for each subject. You should then add all your examination results here, even if you did not complete them at that specific school.

My verification link didn’t work. What should I do?
If you could not verify your Vantage account whilst completing an application using Candid ATS.
You can also verify your Vantage account by logging into your Vantage profile at https://portal.vantageapp.io/ with the email address and password you used in your application.
Once you’ve logged in, complete the Vantage application form to receive a new verification email link. Once your Vantage profile has been verified, you should then be able submit your application on Candid ATS.
How can I update the name on my Vantage profile?
Log into your Vantage profile and change your name in the account preferences section at https://portal.vantageapp.io/account/details.
How do I update the email on my Vantage profile?
Log into your Vantage profile using your current email address. Once you’ve logged in, update your email address in the account preferences section at https://portal.vantageapp.io/account/details.
Why haven’t I received an online assessment/test yet?
Your online assessments or tests will be issued by the firm you’re applying to.

How do I unsubmit my application?
Your application can be unsubmitted by the firm you are applying to.
Please contact the recruitment team of the firm you are applying to and explain that you want your application to be unsubmitted.
They will then be able to process this request for you.
